Sweet and Crunchy Chilled Tofu

This is a variation of Hiya yakko. Not for beginning tofu users.
Ingredients:
8 ounces tofu, chilled
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons slivered toasted almonds or 1 1/2 tablespoons walnuts
1/2 banana, thin sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons raisins
1 dash nutmeg
Directions:
1. Place tofu in chilled serving bowl.
2. Top with ingredients in order listed.
3. Do not assume this will taste like a great sundae.
4. DO not use if you have NOT used tofu before. This is for those of us who can nibble the tofu as we slice it. That takes a couple years for Western tastebuds.
