Swedish Oatmeal Drops

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, pour melted butter over oats. Stir well and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix egg, sugar and vanilla. Stir into the oat mixture, mixing well.
3. Add flour, coconut, nuts and baking powder, stir well. Add to the oat mixture.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined or ungreased baking sheets.
5. Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to wire racks.
