A wonderful cake recipe, handed down for generations.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2-1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup nuts
Directions:
1. For Cake, mix the first 7 ingredients together VERY WELL by hand.
2. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350*.
3. Mix all Frosting ingredients together and spread on cake after it cools.
