Swedish Butter Hearts

From a CD cookbook Gourmet Recipes. Amount depends on size of (aspic) cutter.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup cream
2 cups flour
1 egg white
swedish pearl decorator sugar (from a specialty shop)
Directions:
1. Cream butter, add milk and flour to make dough. This is very fragile. Roll out on floured board. Cut in small hearts. Spread with egg white and sprinkle sugar on egg white. Bake in 375 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes.
