Swedish Beetroot Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cube the sliced beetroot into small squares and place in fairly large bowl (make sure you rinse fingers straight away after to prevent staining or wear gloves)
  2. Dice onion into small parts about the same size as beetroot and add to bowl
  3. Dice cored apple with peel on into small squares same as beetroot
  4. Place all ingredients into bowl and add sour cream and maynaise
  5. Add horseradish and mix through thoroughly till all the mixture is pink
  6. Add pepper to taste and serve
