Swan and Dolphin Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 lb cream cheese
10 ounces canned pumpkin
6 ounces sugar
4 eggs
4 ounces heavy cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
melted butter
Directions:
1. Directions - Cheesecake.
2. With an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and sugar until it is free of lumps.
3. Add the pumpkin and spices.
4. Mix until all the items are completely combined.
5. Add the eggs slowly, mixing and scraping as you go.
6. Last, mix in the heavy cream.
7. Set aside.
8. Directions - Crust.
9. Mix together Graham Cracker crumbs and only enough butter to hold the crumbs together.
10. Pack this crust in a half-inch layer on the bottom of a 10 inch greased cake pan.
11. Pour the cheesecake batter in the mold and bake at 325 degrees until a 'testing' knife comes out clean from the center.
12. Approximate baking time is one hour, depending on the oven.
