Suzy's Tortellini Salad

A great summery salad that could be a side dish or a main meal.
Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package cheese tortellini (cooked and cooled)
2 chicken breasts (cooked, cooled, and shredded)
1 (10 7/8 ounce) can mandarin oranges (chopped with juice reserved)
1 cup red seedless grapes (halved)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt or pepper
Directions:
1. 1. Mix mayo with juice from the oranges.
2. 2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and pour mayo mixture over and mix well.
3. *If you need more moisture (especially if you make it ahead of time) you can add a little milk.
