Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
1/2 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup chickpeas
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 avocado, cubed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together but oil and vinegar.
2. Mix oil and vinegar and toss with salad.
