Supreme Burgers

Burgers topped with avocado slices, and onion slices
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 hamburger buns
2 avocados (peeled and sliced)
4 onions, slices
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, mix well, and divide into 4 patties.
2. Cook in skillet 5 minutes on each side.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili sauce, and cayenne pepper, and spread on both sides of buns.
4. Place patties on bottom half, and top with avocado, and onion slices.
