Superfoods Turkey Sausage and Tortellini Soup

Ingredients:
3 ounces fully cooked smoked turkey sausage, thinly slices
1 cup pre-shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 cup loose-pack frozen cut green beans
14 1/2 ounces italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 cups water
0.25 (9 ounce) package refrigerated mushroom-filled tortellini
Directions:
1. Place everything except tortellini in a stockpot Bring to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer. cover and cook for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally and addming more water as needed.
2. Stir in tortellini; cover and cook 10 minutes Serve immediately. Garnish with grated carrots, if desired.
