this has garlic, ginger, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, coconut milk, peanut butter, tamari soy sauce, lime juice - dry sherry would be a good addition!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup skippy smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
5 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 key lime, juiced
Directions:
1. Blend all in a Magic Bullet or blender.
2. Can substitute lemon juice for key lime juice.
3. Can add dry sherry or sake or mirin.
4. Can leave out rice vinegar.
5. This is delicious - over chicken or noodles or rice or anything!
