My mom found this recipe in a store circular, and it's perfect party food. We made it for a football party with some family friends and the pan was almost licked clean! I think it would be really good with a little taco meat or shredded chicken mixed it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed |
1 (4 ounce) can mild green chilies, diced |
1 cup frozen corn |
1 cup mexican cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Mix together the refried beans and chiles. 2. Spread bean mixture into a 8x8 oven proof pan. 3. Layer on black beans and corn. 4. Top with shredded cheese. 5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly. 6. Serve with tortilla chips. |
