Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice hot dogs into small slices and cook in pan with ground beef.
  2. Chop up peppers, onion and add to meat.
  3. Toss in remaining ingredients EXCEPT CHEESE AND NACHOS and cook until all is nice and tender.
  4. Place nachos on a plate and spoon mixture onto the nachos and cover with shredded cheese.
  5. Pop into the microwave until cheese is melted and enjoy.
