This is something that I found on a Livejournal community called Food_Porn . Given the taste of this yummy smoothie, I can see why! Tasty!
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple
1 banana, frozen
1 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
2. Drink! Great for breakfast!
