Ingredients:
3 medium tomatos, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 hot pepper, diced
4 cubanelle peppers, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tsp lime juice
Directions:
1. Dice onions, peppers, and tomatos. Mince garlic. Chop cilantro. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Serve with pita or tortilla chips, or use as topping in soups and salads.
