Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen pitted black cherries
1/8 ounce package black cherry kool-aid (unprepared)
1 cup soymilk, as needed
1 tablespoon powdered soy protein concentrate
1 tablespoon splenda sugar substitute, to taste
2 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt or 2 tablespoons tofu yogurt
1 -2 ice cube
Directions:
1. Blend together cherries, Kool Aid, soy milk, soy protein powder, Splenda and yogurt.
2. Add ice cubes, blend until smooth.
3. Enjoy.
