This salad is a a great start to your day! Just sweet enough, and loaded with great nutrients! Serve it with a whole grain english muffin or oatmeal to add some great grains to round out the meal. I use California Style cottage cheese. If you don't have agave nectar, feel free to substitute honey or maple syrup!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberry
1/3 cup cantaloupe
1 kiwi
Directions:
1. Slice strawberries, cantaloupe, and kiwi. Place all fruits in a bowl and add cottage cheese and nectar. Stir. ENJOY!
