Super Easy Vegetarian Whole Wheat Chili Bake

This recipe is incredibly delicious, healthy, and truly easy to prepare. It's packed with fiber and nutrient-rich ingredients to make it satisfying without being overly filling. This stuff is also amazing on reheat!
Ingredients:
4 whole wheat tortillas, soft taco size
3 (15 ounce) cans vegetarian chili, recommended is amy's medium spiced chili
1 (8 ounce) package vegetarian grilled chicken strips, recommended is morningstar farms chik'n strips
2 cups natural lowfat mexican blend cheese
1 (15 ounce) can refried black beans
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. Place a thin layer of chili at bottom of pan.
3. Layer as follows: tortillas, black beans, chicken strips, chili, and cheese.
4. Recommended top layer is tortilla, chili, and cheese.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
