Super Easy Tomatoes With Melted Cheese

Variation of a Betty Crocker recipe (Tomatoes with Feta Cheese on ). Easy summer favorite, that can be easily adapted to whatever cheese you have on hand. I especially like this using a reduced-fat six cheese Italian blend - very easy and really good!
Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes
salt and pepper
1/4 cup crumbled feta, shredded mozzarella cheese or 1/4 cup any other cheese
2 tablespoons chopped pitted ripe olives
1 medium green onion, chopped (1 tablespoon)
Directions:
1. Remove stem ends from tomatoes. Cut tomatoes crosswise in half. Arrange cut sides up in circle in microwavable pie plate, 10x1 1/2 inches, or microwavable dinner plate.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over tomatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 2 minutes; rotate pie plate 1/2 turn.
3. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over tomatoes. Re-cover and microwave about 2 minutes or until tomatoes are hot and cheese is melted.
