Another note 1 lb of confectioner's sugar is equal to about 2 cups. You can use crunchy or creamy peanut butter depending on which you prefer. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter |
1/2 lb butter (2 sticks) |
1 lb confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Use a double boiler to melt butter and peanut butter.
2. Slowly stir in confectioner's sugar until smooth.
3. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan, and chill.
