Super Easy Chocolate Cherry Fudge |

If you want the simplest, fastest, most delicious creamy fudge here it is. This doesn't last more than 2 days in my house. During the holidays I make huge batches and give it to my friends and neighbors, it ships really well in winter for great gifts. Ingredients:
18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips |
1 can sweetened condensed milk |
tbsp vanilla extract |
1 jar maraschino cherries chopped and patted dry |
Directions:
1. Line an 8x8 glass casserole dish with wax paper
2. In a Pyrex bowl mix all ingedients except cherries
3. Microwave for 30 seconds
4. Stir
5. Microwave another 30 seconds
6. Remove and stir til all the chips are melted
7. Add cherries and mix
8. Pour into lined dish and refrigerate til set about 2 hours
9. SIt back and enjoy!
