Super Easy Breakfast Shake

When my bananas start to get over ripe I peel them, wrap them and stick them in the freezer for these shakes. These can be modified by changing veggies and fruits.
Ingredients:
2 -3 frozen bananas
1/4 cup organic yogurt (i use stonyfield farms banilla)
1 teaspoon powdered soy protein concentrate
1/2 cup carrot juice (or orange juice)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender.
2. Blend well.
3. Enjoy.
