These are great as these are done in a slow cooker !!
Ingredients:
18 chicken wings, cut in half at joints
1 c hoisin sauce
1 c apricot preserves
1 tsp dry mustard
4 clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper...more if you want hotter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet parchment paper...place wings on sheet and bake 20 minutes.
2. In a slow cooker mix all the ingredients....drain wings and add to sauce. Toss to coat. Cook on low setting for for 3-4 hours or on high for 2 hours.
