This bright and pretty fruit and veggie salad makes a stunning dinner party centerpiece. I use the dressing for other fruit salads
Ingredients:
1 cup corn oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup baby spinach
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 english cucumber, sliced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1 pint strawberry, halved
1 bunch green onion, sliced
Directions:
1. Combine first six ingriedients to make the dressing.
2. add fruits and veggies and top with dressing.
