A recipe from that I have altered for my allergies. This dressing is low in fat and calories and has a lovely, sunset-rose color. Makes about one cup. Refrigeration time not included.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup 2% buttermilk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon onion, grated
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic clove, crushed (or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder )
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
2. Refrigerate about 2 hours to allow flavors to combine.
