It is a recipe anyone in the family will love.
Ingredients:
1 banana, mashed
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, mixed
1/4 cup walnuts
Directions:
1. First, mix in all the dry ingredients. Second, in a seperate bowl mix in the wet ingredients. Third, mix both dry and wet ingredients together. Then, add the walnuts. Once, the pan or griddle is heated you can pour some of the batter. Finally, you can serve with warm syrup. If you want, you can eat with strawberries or garnish with mint.
