These are a nutricious, quick and easy breakfast. My kids love to have them before school and I don't mind cause they are easy!
Ingredients:
8-10 eggs
3 t. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 t. butter or margarine
10 dinner rolls (canned or homemade)
10 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled (i cook it the night before)
2 c. (8oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
2. Melt butter in a skillet and add egg mixture.
3. Cook and stir over medium heat till the eggs are done. Remove from heat and set aside.
4. Roll each dinner roll into a 5 circle. Place on greased baking sheets.
5. Spoon egg mixture evenly over crusts.
6. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
7. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
