A really easy healthy mix you can make up and the kids will love it.
Ingredients:
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup pine nuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
Directions:
1. Measure the ingredients into a paper bag, fold over the top of the bag, and shake to mix. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
2. Divide for kids lunches into small baggies or small containers.
