Sunday's Egg Whites Healthy Kick Start

Just a healthy breakfast with protein and I wanted to see the NF for it.
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
3 grape tomatoes
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 scallion
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon water
Directions:
1. Separate the egg whites from the yolk.
2. Cut the grape tomatoes lengthwise.
3. Cut and dice jalepeno.
4. Slice the scallion lengthwise.
5. Scramble all ingredients except parmesan cheese.
6. Heat olive oil in pan.
7. Cook your omelet!
8. Add parmesan on top before done so it melts enough!
9. Enjoy!
