An easy way to serve eggs if you have company. These are great served on top of toast.
Ingredients:
12 slices canadian bacon
12 slices swiss cheese
12 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
12 slices toast, optional
Directions:
1. Place Canadian bacon in a greased 13x9x2-in. baking dish; top with Swiss cheese.
2. Carefully break an egg over each piece of cheese.
3. Pour cream over eggs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until eggs reach desired doneness.
5. Let stand for 5 minutes.
6. Cut between each egg; serve on toast if desired.
