Ingredients:
8 cup(s) peeled butternut squash (1 whole) chunks
4 cup(s) vegetable broth
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1 tablespoon(s) ginger minced
1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cloves
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a large pot. Bring to boil on high heat; reduce the heat to simmer and cover. Cook about 40 min or until the squash is tender. Puree the squash mixture in a food processor or blender in small batches until smooth. Serve.
