2 lbs italian sausage, with fennel seeds
1 cup sun-dried tomato, in oil with herbs
1 cup roasted garlic
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated romano cheese
sea salt
fresh cracked pepper
16 ounces marinara sauce
Directions:
1. cook pasta noodles al dente. drain and rinse.
2. cook italian sausage and mushrooms.
