Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

The title says it all. I wanted a sun-dried tomato cream sauce for some ravioli. So, I altered the cream sauce I normally make and came up with this. The whole family (even my pickiest eater) enjoyed it.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 cup cooking sherry
2 1/2 cups heavy cream
4 tablespoons ragu pizza sauce
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon tarragon
Directions:
1. In large skillet melt butter or margarine over medium-high heat.
2. Add tomatoes and onion. Saute for 3-4 minutes or until onions are tender.
3. Add sherry and cook until it has evaporated (about 5 minutes).
4. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
5. Serve over your favorite pasta.
