Sun Dried Tomato Basil Bean Dip

This healthy dip is great with whole wheat crackers or pita bread. The nutritional yeast gives it a mild cheesy flavor while the colors from the tomato, basil and olives make it look festive!
Ingredients:
3 cups cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
2 tbsp of olive oil (optional)
1/4 cup sun dried tomato (soaked minced)
1/4 cup of finely chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of nutritional yeast
0.33 cup olives (chopped)
1/4 tsp white pepper (pinch)
Directions:
1. Grind the beans into a smooth paste in a food processor or you can mash them with a fork add oil or use water if it is too thick.
2. Blend in the other ingredients and chill.
