quick and easy and so good! Great with soups and salads, for a brunch item, or as a dinner bread. Very versitile as you can use other cheeses or herbs.
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup water
1/4-1/2 cup fresh grated parmesean
1/4 cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed)
1/4 cup fresh finely chopped basil
1/2 tsp salt
1 full tsp crushed garlic or equal value of garlic powder
1/4-1/2 tsp. lemon pepper (or regular black)
Directions:
1. mix it up!
2. Bake on greased cookie sheet (or baking mat)
3. Brush with melted butter after baking, if desired
