One of our favorite breakfast choices at the Ski Resort. Add OJ and we're ready to go teach!
Ingredients:
1 tortilla, large, flour
1 cup eggs, scrambled
2 oz sausage
2 oz cheese, shredded
1/4 cup salsa
Directions:
1. Scramble eggs, cook.
2. Fry sausage. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Lay tortilla out flat. Fill with egg, sausage pieces, and cheese. Roll up burrito-style and set on plate with seam side down.
4. Serve with salsa.
