I originally planned to make a cantaloupe-mango smoothie. But after not having the melon, I experimented a bit and turned up with this amazingly light and delicious smoothie. Great for picky veggie and fruit eaters alike! And also a great healthy alternative for lazy breakfast cooks..
Ingredients:
1 medium carrot
1/2 small mango
5 ice cubes
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 orange
Directions:
1. 1 Scrape the carrot and chop it into chunks. Same goes for the mango.
2. 2 Combine all ingredients plus juice of 1/2 orange in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy.
