Creamy, delicious, light and fresh. What more could you ask for on a hot summer evening? Perfect for barbeques or picnics, or just because.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup light sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
1 cup strawberry
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup honeydew
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1 cup pineapple chunk
Directions:
1. In large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, lime juice and zest.
2. Stir to combine and refridgerate.
3. Combine 4 cups fresh fruit in large bowl.
4. Serve sauce over fresh fruit.
