Summertime Chicken Salad

This is a great summer recipe! It's great when you want something good, but don't want a hot meal. Use leftover chicken or cook breasts ahead of time. You can serve this on lettuce or make a sandwich.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked chicken
1 apple, cut in pieces
2/3 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
2/3 cup mayonnaise (i use hellmanns)
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Mix everything together and serve. Very simple and oh sooo yummy!
