Summer Squash Cheese Casserole

I have not tried this recipe. I got it from my nephew's Head Start Newsletter.
Ingredients:
3 cups summer squash, chopped (zucchini, yellow or chayote)
1 cup cracker crumb
1 cup low-fat cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Pour into greased baking dish.
4. Cover.
5. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
