Really Good and simple to make.
Ingredients:
2 pounds yellow squash,sliced (6)cups
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup(und)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded carrot
1 8oz package herb-seasoned stufing mix
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
1. Cook slice squash and onion in sauce pan with salted water for about 5 minutes
2. Drain
3. Combine cream of chicken soup,sour cream
4. Stir in shredded carrots
5. Fold in squash and onion
6. Combine melted butter and stuffing mix
7. Spread half stuffing mix in the bottom of a baking pan
8. Spoon vegetable mixture on top
9. Sprinkle remaining stuffing on top
10. Bake 350 degree
11. 30 to 40 Minutes
