Great with grilled, roasted, baked meats, oily food. Removes oily taste from the palate. Great with Oriental food. We prefer it without sugar. Once you taste it, you'll love it
Ingredients:
1 large long white radish
4 medium tomatoes
2 leaves spring onions
salt
sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut radish into thin, round slices.
2. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
3. Cut spring onion leaves with scissors or chop fine.
4. Salt to taste.
5. Sugar optional.
6. Set aside to let the flavors set in before serving.
7. Serve cold.
