Summer Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients:
350 g spaghetti, cooked
2 tablespoons italian dressing
125 g salami, cut into thin strips
125 g mushrooms, sliced
6 spring onions, chopped
1 red capsicum, chopped
1 green capsicum, chopped
1/2 cup black olives (optional)
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
black pepper
1/4 cup italian dressing, extra
chopped parsley, extra to serve
Directions:
1. Combine spaghetti with 2 tblsp dressing and chill.
2. Add remaining ingredients & sprinkle with extra parsley to serve.
