Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium-size green peppers, sliced into thin rings
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; toss gently, and set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; stir well, and pour over vegetables. Toss gently; cover and chill 8 to 10 hours. Drain before serving.
