Light salad as a side dish or main meal.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup salad oil
2 cucumbers
2 tomatoes
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 medium onion
Directions:
1. Boil top ingredients and let cool slightly.
2. Dice veggies.
3. Pour mixture over veggies.
4. Refrigerate.
