This is a Salad I made up quickly, no shopping done and friends popping over.I now add a dollop of Sour Cream to serve.
Ingredients:
1 fresh pineapple
2 avocados
400 g mangoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce (from asian stores)
Directions:
1. Peel Pineapple, drain mangos, skin and remove stones from Avocados. Dice all the ingredients. Stir in Mint and sweet Chilli sauce. That's it!
