Summer Raspberry Salad

I serve this at holiday meals instead of the mundane cranberry salad. It's also GREAT in the summer, light and refreshing. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cup cold water
2 (3 oz) pkg raspberry-flavored gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 pt. raspberry sherbert, softened
1 (9 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
Directions:
1. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water.
2. Dissolve raspberry gelatin in the boiling water.
3. Add unflavored gelatin to hot liquid, stirring until dissolved.
4. Add sherbert, and stir until melted.
5. Blend in whipped topping and raspberries.
6. Pour mixture into a 6 cup mold; chill until firm.
