Great twist for a side of slaw....The pepper lover in your life will thank you for this one
Ingredients:
2 red peppers
2 green bell peppers
2 poblano peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1 red onion
2 ounces rice wine vinegar
2 ounces orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
your favorite hot sauce to taste ( i use franks)

Directions:
1. Seed and julienne all peppers and onion
2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and hot sauce
