Great light pasta salad for summer
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box rotini pasta
2 cucumbers, sliced & diced into cubes
2 large tomatoes, sliced into cubes
6 ounces fat free zesty italian dressing
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
salt & pepper
italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Cook rotini as directed on box, then drain. Cut up vegetables and add to pasta. Add dressing and seasoning. Mix and refrigerate.
