Summer Pasta

perfect when serving with a barbaque cold - its my favourite thing to eat in the summer!
Ingredients:
pasta - the twirly dried type is best. (enough for 6 people)
mayonaise
red/yellow/green pepper, chopped into smallish chunks.
drained sweetcorn - or fresh
Directions:
1. cook the pasta as normal, then drain it. leave in the colander and run some cold water through it to cool it. (make sure all the water is drained off!)
2. if you are using fresh sweetcorn make sure it is all off the cob.
3. chop all the peppers and place in a bowl with the sweetcorn.
4. place the pasta in the bowl and mix it up.
5. then add enough mayo!!! stir and serve!!!
6. you can edit and mix around what you add - onions carrots cheese eggs? anything works!!!!
